Comment: I brought this product because I lost the original plug for my son's gameboy. What I like most about this item, that it was sooooo affordable, available and it works good.

Comment: Works so far, but a rip off to buy a knock off item. Is not the official nintendo one, prongs do not bend, made in china. Buyer Beware.

Comment: Be aware that the picture is misleading. The picture shows a charger of the original type (from Nintendo), with folding prongs. The unit I received, while it appears to work just fine, is a bit bulkier (and uglier), and the prongs don't fold down for travelling.
