Customer Rating: Summary: HORRIBLE HEADSET!!!!!!! Comment: This Headset is HORRIBLE or maybe it's just the one i got but either way it sucks and i thought Plantronic's had a good name! Customer Rating: Summary: Satisfied Comment: I like this bluetooth mainly because of the fit. I find it stays comfortably in your ear and doesn't easily fall off. I previously bought a Motorola blue tooth and dropped it about 5 days after I got it, I could no longer get a connection to my phone and pretty much threw it out. I have dropped this about 2 times already and it still works fine. I like that you can easily rotate to put on your other ear because I cannot handle something in my ear for too long. The sound quality is not perfect but I think it is great for the price. I bought one for each of my family members. Customer Rating: Summary: Worth it Comment: Fits good in my ear, easy to use, good sound quality and at a good price. I have been very pleased with it. Customer Rating: Summary: Plantronics 330 headset Comment: The unit seems to work better than the Motorola 500 and 700 that it replaced. BUT it is too heavy and it is really difficult to switch calls (call waiting) and hurts your ear more to wear than the Motorola. The additional thing that is better for the Motorola is a positive off switch by folding the microphone. Both Motorola's died and so far the Plantronics seem to be more trouble free. I had to replace the 500 3 times under the warrentee and the 700 just died. Customer Rating: Summary: Decent Bluetooth... Comment: This is my first bluetooth product and without having used other bluetooth, I'd say this is a very decent product. i picked this brand and model based on experience from my friends.
*It connects easily to my blueberry curve.
*Sound is very clear and loud enough (adjustable of course)
*the one button works very well for me (on/off, volume)
*decent battery life, haven't died on me yet during usage (my driving commute consists of mostly under 2 hours total a day and i only use this bluetooth for a total of maybe 1 hour each day)
*no complaints from people who i talk to, they can hear me loud and clear
*price is right, i bought the refurb at $25 so if this ever dies, I'd just buy another
*the comfort level is mediocre, this is my first bluetooth so i don't know if other brands of bluetooth fits the same way, but having used it everyday for over 3 weeks, it's still a bit uncomfortable in my ear. Even tho the tip is rubber, it is hard enough that it hurts my ear a bit after 15-20 minutes of usage
