Summary: Economical, works great ...
Comment: I used this plug in my rear tire of Ducati Supersport. First I wasn't sure if it'll work and as other users suggested that the enclosed instruction is poor. You have to do the guess work on the tool to use for inserting the plug, I had no luck with open eye, be careful in using that because it may damage the tire surface around the reamed area of the tire...I quickly moved to close eye for inserting the plug.

I like it because the price is very reasonable, compared to others I've researched on the internet...similar products cost $25+. I bought 3 of them, two for my other colleagues...buying in 3+ will save you on shipping at Amazon, so make sure you check with others before placing the order to save on shipping.

I have more than 100 miles on the plugged tire, and is more than 3 weeks now...the plug is still holding up. I must've lost about 4 psi of air since I plugged it but I guess that is normal for air to leak in 3 weeks.

Other thoughts: I was lucky this time because I plugged it in my garage so I was able to use my cycle pump, if the flat has to be fixed on the road then make sure you also carry some sort of portable hand pump (or nitrogen) so you can reach the nearest gas station with limited air in the tire.

Comment: Not everything fits into the handle, like it leads you to believe. You end up needing to store it in something anyway, if you want all the "stuff."

Comment: i used to race superbikes... once, i got a puncture, and got flat...
i was pretty worried 'cause i was far away from home... one of the guys walked towards me smiling.. and told me.. well dude.. get ready to stay here for a couple of hours... and i was like,,, "why the ... is he smiling"... and then told me that he was joking and told me that he got one of this kits... and repaired the tire in a few minutes.. then i went to a gas station... refilled the tire.. and the trip continued...
i had not used yet the one that i just bought but i have it on the mini-trunk of the bike... and i know that it works.....
highly recommended...

Comment: This is a nice compact kit that I hope I never need... but as the Boy Scouts say .... "Be Prepared"!

Like others here I was confused by the two apparently "extra" tools; I had expected only a cleaner & a plug inserter. I shot the company an e-mail and got this prompt reply:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. The Needle that is open at the very top of the eye - to be used per the directions on auto tires.
2. The Needle that is open along the side of the eye - to be used with ATV tires as per the directions (this type of needle would get caught on the steel belts of an automotive tire, and works much better with an ATV type tire.)
3. The Needle that is completely closed is to be used like the #1 needle able, BUT once the needle is strung, it would be inserted ALL the way into the tire and pulled out half way; then cut off. (Same basic function, just really a matter of preference)
We included all three of these so that the option that you are familiar with and/or most comfortable with are available.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So I am only going to keep the regular inserter and the rasp with the kit which I think will leave room in the handle for all the gear with no left-overs (I'm traveling right now so am not 100% sure on that but think it should work).

Summary: Tire Plugger
Comment: The product is a "safety-emergency" product. It was purchased for potential tire failure. However, the product appears to have all the needed parts to meet me needs.
