Comment: It works great. The times where I run out of K cups and am waiting for the delivery or just want a cup of Folgers. This cup is easy to fill and use. To clean, all you have to do is tip it upside down and run it under the water. Then just rub the inside with your finger and that's it!

The only problem I found with this product is that at the bottom of your cup, you can find some fine grinds that made it through the filter. That is common with non cloth filters.

Although in the end, I rather buy the K cups since it is clean and simple. I'll just have the filter as a backup.

Summary: Great item when it works ...
Comment: I bought this item based on the reviews and desire to have more flexibility with my K-Cup coffee maker. While the reusable filter worker well several times, after about my 5th time using it stopped worknig properly -- the coffee overflowed from the filter rather than dripping through the bottom. The result was coffee and grinds everywhere. I am not sure what happened as the unit does not appear to be broken, and I am using the same amount and grind of coffee. The unit that came with my coffee maker lasted nearly a year until it broke. This one appears to be of poorer quality.

Summary: Okay, but misses the mark...
Comment: I originally purchased my Keurig coffee maker so I could simply make one cup of coffee at a time since my husband doesn't drink coffee. However, I've missed being able to sample new coffees from my local gourmet coffee store. I purchased this item in hopes it would allow me to once again enjoy some old favorites and try some new offerings. However, overall my experience with this product was less than I'd hoped for. In addition to being a bit of a pain to switch out the guts of the machine, it is quite messy and spits a lot of water out toward the end of the brewing cycle. When you attempt to clean out the mesh filter, it is impossible without utilizing a small spoon or other utensil since the grounds turn to cement once the steam passes through them to brew your cup of coffee. Overall, not really worth all the trouble. I'll probably go back to using a single cup drip device I've had for years when I want a specialty coffee.

Summary: New version seems sturdier than the original
Comment: The new, gray-colored holder seems sturdier than the original (dark brown) plastic holder, which had a tendency to crack and for pieces to break off after only a few months of occasional use. I'll post back in a couple of months when I have run it through its paces.

Comment: I love this K-Cup reusable filter and use it all the time. The k-cups can get expensive when a lot of people are using the machine all the time, so I just use my regular coffee in this little filter and it is great! Easy to use and easy to clean.
