Comment: Purchased UGG Classic tall for my daughter but she preferred the short version. Unfortunately Metro Shoe Warehouse did not carry the short. Upon contacting them, they forwarded all the necessary paperwork for return and refund and within a week my account was credited properly. I am very satisfied with the transaction and would purchase from them again.

Comment: These boots are very comfortable and well made. And you really can order a size smaller than you usually wear and still get a perfect fit. One caution though I realize these boots stretch but I would think anyone with a much above average calf circumference would have some trouble pulling these boots up. Otherwise these are a great product and well worth the price.
