2 step treatment for repair of nails damaged by artificial nails. Also included is a cuticle and skin gel for dry skin and cuticles.

Directions for use:

• Start with Formula A first after removing artificial nails. Apply to the entire nail daily. Do not wear nail color during this phase. Remove when the build up begins to peel which is typically around 3 or 4 days. Remove with Nailtiques Non-Acetone Remover. Continue this routine until you have finished the bottle of Formula A.


• Use Formula B next in your second phase of nail treatment. Apply daily until nails begin to improve, then reduce the frequency of use to every other day. You may remove Formula B with Nailtiques Non-Acetone Remover as needed.


• Once you have finished Formula B, it is time to switch to Formula #2 if your nails are soft and rquire maintenance strengthening.


• Use Cuticle & Skin Gel throughout treatment for dry skin and/or cuticles.

Comment: One person stated, they saw a difference in one day. To me, it seems like a clear coat of nail polish would have the same effect as this product as all it seems to do it smooth out the filing marks. My nails are still peeling daily and chip with the smallest amount of contact with any object. When I remove the product, my nails look as bad as they did before. They are not healing at all, just growing out.

My nails are growing and are strong and are really getting healthier and repaired because of this kit. Comment: I have been using the nailtiques products since about 1997 also. I too was in with the craze to have acrylic nails. Being a nurse though and with the new legislature that nurses couldn't wear these because of fungal reasons, infection control reasons and injury I had to remove them. Another co-worker (nurse) told me about nailtiques. I started using the product and noticed immediately the change in my nails. We all like instant gratification. I have continued to use the protein formula 2 all these years. I have recommended this product to many nurses along the way. It is pricey but if you think of the maintenance of the acrylics it is well worth it. And as stated before, after a certain amount of time you don't need as much product for maintenance as when you first start out repairing your nails. It is something I do for me. I love the comments I get about my nails. Wonderful product.
