Comment: This product works as advertized. It makes a great cup of coffee. I did not get any grounds in the cup as others have noted. I think the finer the grind may cause grounds to slip through the filter. I wish the stainless steel cup was also stainless in the inside instead of plastic.

Comment: I got this as a Christmas present in 2007 and I loved it. I didn't use it very often, maybe a few times a month, but it was very convenient and I had no problems with it. Recently, I made coffee one day, and the very next day the machine wouldn't turn on. I tried all the outlets in the kitchen...nothing. I don't know if something internal burned out or what, but the light won't come on when I push the switch, and it's been dead ever since. I would consider buying another, but I don't want it to die on me in another year!

Comment: When you get up at 4AM, a quick, good, cup of coffee is a must. After years of getting mediocre coffee from my timed coffee maker, this thing has been a godsend. It makes quick, great coffee, and cleanup takes 10 seconds. The key to making great coffee with it is, don't use too much coffee. 2 tablespoons works perfect every time.
