Customer Rating: Summary: simply amazing Comment: once i read the first volume of "the crimson spell" i knew imeditely that i had to buy the second volume too! the artwork is beautiful and very detailed, not as many "scenes" as the first one but definetly just as good. would reccomend to any yaoi fan Customer Rating: Summary: Love, love, love it! A yaoi must have! Comment: This book has everything you could want in a yaoi manga;smoking hot guys (Havi is downright delicious!), hot sex, of course ;) but there's so much more. There is depth to the fantasy plotline and a genuine sweetness to the story. You really find yourself rooting for Vald and Havi and you just know that once they're together again everything will turn out alright. I won't tell you anything that will ruin it for you, it's much better to discover it on your own! If you are a fan of yaoi, like i am, then you will LOVE this book! I own the first and second volumes, both are great! There is not as much sex in the second one; it's more devoted to developing the story. Vald and Havi are also separated for a good chunk of volume two which also cuts down on the intimacy a little. Don't worry though, you get your fix before volume two ends! :) Customer Rating: Summary: Fun light hearted fantasy Comment: In addition to the stunning art work, this particular series is the best I've ever seen for combining a gripping plot with unashamed and delightful erotica. The characters are vibrant and funny yet at the same time being people flawed enough to be believable and liked. The plot actually is surprising unpredictable compared to even mainstream fantasy.
This second collection is sadly shorter then the first, but the quality is still amazing and it still long enough to be worth the read. Customer Rating: Summary: Loved it! Comment: Its a great manga, just like all of Ayano Yamane work. Totally love his story lines and drawings. Its a shame it takes a long time for the next one. This one leaves you with a cliffhanger and makes you eager to read the next one. Hope they don't leave it like the "Target the Viewfinder" ones. I totally recommend this one, hope you have the previous one too. Customer Rating: Summary: Also a keeper Comment: This was a surprise! As a fan of the first volume and of the now out of print Finder series, I found the twist in this manga irresistible. Again, fantastic artwork with great detail. Really gorgeous images on every page. I don't think this woman can draw an ugly man, much to our benefit! Even the monsters have a perfect monster form. I'm not disappointed by my purchase, and if you liked the first edition, you'll enjoy this one as well.
