Comment: I was a little disappointed when I received the book. I was expecting something bigger. This one is small with 108 "mini" lessons. I use it was the end to my exercise and yoga routine each morning, reading one lesson per day. It's a nice way to start the day and keep me grounded. I always find insight in Jon Kabat-Zinn's writings.
