Summary: Nice book but a bit repetitive.
Comment: The book was nice, but I did not like the 6 month only access key. The powerpoints were helpful but too many images which distracted from the professors lecture.

Comment: This book is very informative. It has great examples to help you understand various methods of communications as a whole. Be careful when purchasing this book used! The book is less valuable w/o the access code, which in most insatnces will not come with if purchased used. Make sure that this is the book you need for class. It is expensive, and you do not want to have to buy it twice. I bought this book at Amazon.com used, and the seller gave me the impression that the book came with the access code. Fortunately, I was able to purchase online.
