Comment: I ordered this book for a class that started yesterday. As I began reading the first chapter, I realized that they had sent the 4th edition instead of the 6th. Make sure you check what edition you receive!

Comment: This book is very informative. It has great examples to help you understand various methods of communications as a whole. Be careful when purchasing this book used! The book is less valuable w/o the access code, which in most insatnces will not come with if purchased used. Make sure that this is the book you need for class. It is expensive, and you do not want to have to buy it twice. I bought this book at Amazon.com used, and the seller gave me the impression that the book came with the access code. Fortunately, I was able to purchase online.
